Head east from Karratha towards Roebourne for a visit to the Ganalili Centre to learn about the Yinjibarndi art & culture.

The City of Karratha’s eastern corridor is full of history and a must do is the heritage ghost town of Cossack. Formerly a thriving pearling industry, this town is now a popular stop on many travellers’ itineraries for exploring the town museum and beautifully restored buildings.

From Cossack head to the idyllic Point Samson. Pull into the Point Samson Tavern for lunch, then cool off with a swim at Honeymoon Cove. Snorkelling gear, kayaks and stand up paddleboards are also available to hire to explore the crystal waters before heading back to Karratha.
